Good Afternoon!
The Tee Up to Cure Diabetes is fast approaching! The tournament is scheduled for Friday, June 15th at the Sandia Golf Resort! We are expecting a wonderful event, and we need lots of capable volunteers to make it run smoothly! We will need volunteers from 10:30 a.m. until 9 p.m. Below is a list of tasks and times. Please review what volunteer areas and times work best for you and reply to me as soon as possible. Also, if you have any questions, please let me know!
Tent and Sign Setup: 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Registration: 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Hole Monitoring: 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (broken down into shifts, length of shift dependant on number of volunteers.)
Auction Setup: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Drink Coupon Distribution: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Auction Shoppers (for auction item retrieval): 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Auction Spotters: 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Auction Closeout: 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Cleanup: 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
